Autumn Camp 2024

The Autumn Camp or All Saints’ Camp takes place from 28.10 to 31.10.2024. All courses are supervised by experienced sports instructors.

You can register your child using the online registration form (cfr under).

Age: The year of birth is decisive, not the birthday.

DAY SCHEDULE – Multisport camp

8 – 9 am: free supervision

9 am – noon: Sports

noon – 1.30 pm: supervised lunch break

(a warm lunch is included in the price)

1.30 – 4 pm: Sports

4 – 5 pm: free supervision

Important information about the registration form:

• The start date for registrations is 16/09/2024 from 09:00. You can enrol your child from this date using the online enrolment form (see below). Please note that this is only an enquiry and will only be confirmed by email once availability has been checked. If you complete the enrolment form too early, it cannot be considered.
• Only one participant can be registered per enrolment form. If you wish to enrol more than one child, please complete an additional enrolment form.
• You can put your child on the waiting list at any time if a sports camp is full. In this case, please also complete an online form. If a place becomes available, we will contact you.
• The camp can only take place with a minimum number of participants.
• Why do we need the national register number? This is important for Belgian citizens with a Belgian ID-card. Participants without Belgian ID can complete the required field with 11 times “1”. From 2024, tax year 2023, we will automatically file the certificates of attendance from our camps for your tax return. To do this, we need the National Register number of the child and the legal guardian(s). The data will be stored for a period of 5 years. It is not permitted to use the data for purposes other than those described or to place the data on the market by transferring it to third parties.
• We will inform you by e-mail within 2 weeks whether the participant has been allocated a place or not. It is therefore important that you enter a correct e-mail address.
